If you have insurance through a company that we are contracted with, the estimated out of pocket payment is due at time of service. If you have insurance through a company that we are not contracted with, we would still love to see you; just like our patients with contracted insurance, an initial deposit will similarly be expected at time of service. We are happy to inquire about your benefits and submit all claims to your insurance company whether we are in network or out of network with you insurance company. Please call our office for details.
