If you have insurance through a company that we are contracted with, the estimated out of pocket payment is due at time of service. If your plan is not with one of these insurance companies, an initial deposit will still be expected at time of service. We are happy to inquire about your benefits and submit all claims to your insurance company. Please call our office for details.
